Well a few more days later, I'll end my carefree life like what I'm having now. Anime-ing and Runescape-ing life gonna end soon. Well let's don't talk about Runescape but talk about anime and manga. Since last year December until now, I read manga and watch anime like a maniac. Let me share with you some interesting fictional characters that kinda impressed me.

Let me start from 15 to 1.

15. Sagara Sousuke from Full Metal Panic!

He's a Sergent within the paramilitary counter-terrorist force Mithril in the story and he was ordered to protect Chidori (the female protagonist) from being kidnapped. Well since he joined the army in a young age, he's one important asset to the Mithril because he is is a specialist in Arm Slave(something like GUNDAM) and proficient in logistics, demolitions, breach and forced entry, covert intrusion, and hand to hand combat. His background and experience as a guerrilla fighter, and later a mercenary soldier has made him much more sensitive and knowledgeable about tactics and methods more commonly used by guerrillas than government trained regulars.

I like about him is because he got no social skills at all! When he received his order to being a high school student to protect Chidori, he even brings a submachine gun to school or plants land mine around the school. The favourite part I love about him is his impression to condom is an apparatus that can fill a liter of water. Here's a funny part between Sagara and Chidori

14. Gokudera Hayato from Katekyo Hitman Reborn!

Gokudera Hayato aka Hurricane Bomb Hayato, was a talented pianist but he decided to become a Mafia after his mother's death. He's a dynamic specialist and he used Systema C.A.I (Cambio Arma Istantaneo) to fight in the future as displayed on the left. He's the right-hand man of Tsuna in the story. He's a loyal friend and he's kinda 'anti' Tsuna's friends fearing they might attack Tsuna. His loyalty made me impressed about him and he's damn cool. Check out the fight between Gokudera with Ganma in the future (it's just a part of the fight):

13. Kikumaru Eiji from Prince of Tennis.

The flexible tennis player who used acrobatic skills in the story. He teamed with Oishi and two of them were the best player in Sengaku's Tennis Team. In the story, his vision is as sharp as a hawk and good in watching moving objects. His graceful dives and flips astonish the spectators and often gets grudging praise from his opponents, which helps Eiji focus. The point I like about him wasn't his tennis skills but his characteristic. Eiji is a friendly, sweet-tempered and outgoing character.

12. Sir Crocodile from One Piece.

Sir Crocodile, once a Shichibukai (7 Warlords of  The Sea) and his Shichibukai title was being taken away because of his action at Arabasta Kingdom. He's the sandman in One Piece story and he can turn into sand reflexively if attacked. While in a desert area, his powers make him nearly invincible. Crocodile has the ability to create huge sand storms, make multiple bladed weapons out of sand, and create quicksand. He can also suck all the moisture out of any object, living or non-living, by placing his right hand on them.Cool right?

He's a man who had full confidence on himself. He trust no one even his allies and has no honor in himself. Crocodile has shown to be extremely cynical and cold-hearted. He displays complete disregard of the romantic pirate lifestyle, stating that all the things the Pirate King once had mean nothing to him. He places more importance in military power. Now he isn't as cold hearted like he used to be. Why? Check the manga because I don't wanna be a spoiler. Here's a video about Crocodile vs Luffy in Arabasta Kingdom:

11. Manjoume Jun from Yu-Gi-Oh! GX.

Once he was an arrogant and ego duelist (that's what they called a card player in the series) in Duel Academy. After lost to Judai for times, he left Duel Academy and came back to challenge Duel Academy representing North Academy but he was defeated again by Judai. However, he realized the errors of his ways and able to take charge of his own life. Later, he plays the role of being a rival to Yuki Judai and starts his career as a profesional duelist in the Pro League Duelist.

He faced worst situation when he left Duel Academy in the first season and managed to strike back in a better condition in no time. Although he was in a rich family, he didn't want to get help from his brothers to sponsor him in Pro League Duelist instead he wanted to get sponsorship based on his own ability. He's a charismatic teenager too. When he was in Duel Academy, he would use his quote when he won in a duel.  His quote is "iichi, hyaku, sen, Manjōme-sandā" (一、十、百、千、万丈目サンダー meaning one, ten, hundred, thousand, Manjoume Thunder), which serves as a pun given that the "Man" portion of his surname is the symbol for the number ten-thousand, and is preceded by the numbers one (ichi), ten (), hundred (hyaku), and thousand (sen). In the latter case, he also acquires the moniker "Manjoume Thunder" (万丈目サンダー; Manjōme Sandā). Due to his insistence that he be addressed respectfully, he often finds himself correcting others who merely call him "Manjoume" by saying "Manjōme-san da!" ("It's Manjoume-san!"; "-san" being a Japanese honorific). The students of North School, however, mistook the title as "Manjoume Thunder" ("sandā" being a Japanese pronunciation of the word "thunder"), and the name stuck upon his return to Duel Academia.

10. Roronoa Zoro from One Piece.

One of the main protagonist in One Piece and he's Luffy first member of Straw Hat Pirates. He's the best fighter in the crew after Luffy. He is also one of the 11 newbies pirates that has bounty above 100,000,000 which called The Eleven Supernovas. He's a swordsman who use Santōryū, which is a way of sword fighting that deals with the wielding of 3 Katana ; one in each hand and one in the mouth.

Zoro has a unique personality. Zoro usually maintains a stern, serious and distanced personality, but often loses his temper in a goofy and exaggerated comical style. He can also be extremely intimidating, easily frightening weaker opponents with just his glare. He has an awful sense of direction and is capable of getting lost on a straight path! He's also get himself in hardcore training just to achieve his goal as the best swordsman in the world. Although he looks stupid all the time but Zoro can provide important and logical decisions at critical times by evaluating the situation from an objective point of view.

Let me prove to you why he have a bounty of 120,000,000 :

I bet many of you know who he is. He's the Prince of all Saiyans, Vegeta. He is an arrogant, and filled with hatred and bitterness as a result of the destruction of his home planet and his race's abusive treatment at the hands of Frieza. His royal status seems to have caused him to develop an inflated sense of superiority, and he holds himself above most people he encounters. He is very proud of his Saiyan heritage and believes that his race is the most powerful in the universe. He is one of the best fighter in the whole series and he is also a quote machine in Dragonball Z series, my favourite is:

"No!! Get out of my Head!...You may have invaded my mind and my body...But there's one thing a Saiyan always keeps...his PRIDE!"

The Final Flash was his finisher move and it's kinda cool:

*stupid dubbed version..*

8. Lambo from Katekyo Hitman Reborn!

Lambo (Left picture, the kid in the left) is a 5-year-old Italian assassin affiliated with the Bovino Family. He comes to Japan to kill Reborn, so he can prove that he is worthy of becoming his own family's boss but he fail. As the series progresses, this crybaby Lambo stay with Tsuna (protagonist) and becomes one of Tsuna's six Vongola guardians, The Guardian of Thunder, and has to confront various enemies from the Vongola despite his young age. When Lambo shoots himself with the Ten-Year Bazooka from Bovino family, he transforms into his future self from 10 years later nicknamed "Adult Lambo" (Left picture, the person in the right) by switching the target with their own self from ten years later for five minutes. Every time Lambo loses his cool, he uses it on himself, switching with his 15-year-old self and in this form, he switches his cow suit for a casual suit and cow-print shirt. Adult Lambo is shown to be handsome, but he remains a crybaby. When Adult Lambo uses the Ten-Year Bazooka, he transforms into his 25-year-old self (right picture). This version of Lambo is seen as having much more discipline, strength and intelligence than of his past selves, even being capable of almost easily defeating Levi a than during the tournament in the 5-minute effects of the Ten-Year Bazooka. Lambo mostly being hate by most of the readers and audience because this 5-years old crybaby is annoying but for me, I liked Lambo's design, while others found his actions in the series to be entertaining and funny. Watch the video below about 25-years old Lambo:

7. Urahara Kisuke from Bleach.

Urahara Kisuke, looks like a slacker and a jovial person but actually he's a true Genius in disguise! Back to 110 years ago, Urahara was the Captain of 12 Division. He's the one who inventing all kind of gadgets to the Shinigami and he was the bring birth to the Shinigami Research and Development Institute (something like R&D Lab in the story). Although he always speaks politely, but is sometimes sarcastic, Urahara also shows a deceptively-different, cunning, and serious side of his personality when the situation demands for it. He know when to play and when to get serious and that's why I like this fella. Check on his fight in the anime, he never fail in distract his opponents from his true intentions and K.O his opponent.

6. Saito Hajime from Rurouni Kenshin.

His first appearance was in Rurouni Kenshin Season 2. He is a former captain in the loyalist Shinsengumi, Saito has had a long time rivalry with Himura Kenshin, a former manslayer of the Imperialist cause. Saitō, known as the "Lone Wolf of Mibu," has no compassion or mercy for his enemies. He lives by the Shinsengumi code "Swift Death to Evil" (Aku Soku Zan, also translated loosely as "Evil Unto Evil," where evil is killing), though he never shows much regard for human life, at some points even letting on that he likes to kill. He is rather morbid and arrogant. Nevertheless, none of these character flaws prevent him from being a superb investigator and fighter. He believes in peace and order, even in the society created by his former enemies. Anyone he considers to be corrupt or despotic, he targets for elimination. Saito is an able observer and a quick analyst in the story too. By the way, Saito Hajime is actually a real person who once appear in Meiji era.

5. Piccolo from DragonballDragonball Z / Dragonball GT / Dragonball Kai.

In Dragonball, he was a antagonist and trained hard to kill Goku who killed his father, Piccolo Daimao. Since Goku defeat him for once, he hide himself and trained hard and wish to overcome Goku in the future. In Dragonball Z series, he joined force with Goku because the appearance of Raditz and to prevent from Earth being destroyed by the other 2 Saiyans (Vegeta and Neppa) that will be coming soon. In that time, Piccolo started to train Gohan into a fighter. Although he looks strict but he also aid young Gohan indirectly. He's consider a good teacher. In the series, he train Gohan more than Goku did because Piccolo thinks that Goku is 'too kind' to be a teacher. Piccolo actually also have his kind side although he is evil of Kami. He sacrificed himself to prevent Gohan being killed by Neppa. Beside of Gohan, he also trained Goten and Trunks to overcome Majin Buu. In Dragonball GT, he goes to Heaven but then requests to be sent to Hell in order to free Goku when he is imprisoned there. He can be seen putting Hell in order and protecting the rulers there. This is the moment where I start to like Piccolo till the end of Dragonball GT series.

*Damn! I can't find the subbed version, the dubbed version sucks!*

4. Nnoitra Jiruga from Bleach.

Nnoitra Jiruga, the Quinta Espada which means his the 5th strongest among the 10 EspadaHe has the self-proclaimed strongest hierroof any Espada, both past and present, enabling him to block attacks, even from blade wielding opponents, by his skin alone. As a result, combined with his rudeness and arrogance, he wishes to fight only the strongest and spares the weak as it is a waste of his time. He firmly believes in male chauvinism, hating the idea of a woman being stronger than or outranking a man with intent to give any woman in such a position their "deserved" inferior rank. His released form, Santa Teresa which means Sacred Crying Mantis, have 6 arms and each of his hands gains an identical scythe-like weapon. He is also having insatiable blood lust and hunger for battle. Although he loves to battle, he wishes to be treated as equally as every other opponent he has treated. Ironically, he treated virtually everyone of his opponents the same way, unfairly and through dishonorable methods. He also does not hesitate to use any means - even unfair ones - in order to prove his superiority in the battlefield. He also have a little concern to his subordinate by having attempted to warn Tesla to withdraw from battle after he determined via his analyser that Kenpachi was stronger than he had initially anticipated. His fight between Kenpachi is one of the best fighting scene in Bleach, below is the video where he and Kenpachi started to make the fight interesting:

3. Kaiba Seto from Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Monster.

Kaiba Seto is the majority shareholder and CEO of his own multi-national company, KaibaCorp, who aims to become the world's greatest player of the Duel Monsters card game, by gaining the 3 of 4 Blue-Eyes White Dragon cards. To accomplish this goal, he must defeat his arch-rival, Muto Yugi. He is largely considered an anti-hero, as his motives are usually ego-centric, but in several cases towards a good cause. Among one of the recurring plots in Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Monsters, Seto is being forced to deal with either people adversely affected by Kaiba Gozaburo's actions wanting to take their revenge on Seto, or people from within KaibaCorp attempting to take over the corporation.

In the series of Yu-Gi-Oh!, Kaiba omits honorifics and has a "rude" pattern of speech! Kaiba usually calls Katsuya Jonouchi names, such as "bonkotsu" (mediocre), "make-inu" (pathetic dog, loser), "uma no hone" (a nobody), and "zako" (insignificant person, weakling). What belongs to Kaiba only can be used by himself. He hates other people to use his cards, especially his beloved Blue-Eyes White Dragon. Although he seems like a bad brats, but his dueling (card playing) skills is smart and unpredictable. He can defeat majority of the duelist WITHOUT using the power of Millennium Items like Marik, Yugi, Doma, Bakura and etc. He loves and cares about his brother more than anything else. To save his brother, he willing to put his life and company on the stake. Among all the duelist who didn't aid by Millennium Items or any special power, he's the best among all of them! Kaiba Seto also brings a lot of influence during my teenager life. He's one of the frictional character who I took as my motivation in life because he is absolute refusal to believe in the powers of magic often used in the series and openly admits to believing in all the supernatural events occurring around him instead of just ignorantly saying they don't exist.

2. Sanji from One Piece.

Sanji looks more perceptive than he seems, and often tells people what they need to hear instead of what they want. Hence, he is seen as one of the more hardened members of the crew and can often be as scary as Zoro at times. However, he is not afraid to show his emotions when the moment calls for it, and is entirely capable of crying or losing his temper. In fact, a running gag has appeared since Sanji's fight with Jyabura, during which he stated that when he gets angry, he 'heats up'. After this fight, when Sanji gets particularly angry at a villain, he appears to burst into flame. He is very amorous, constantly flirting with any attractive woman he sees, earning him the nickname "ero-cook". He has sworn to never let women be insulted or injured while he can still stand, regardless of how unattractive they are. This is often problematic in his fighting as he can't attack female opponents; he would keep blocking their attacks and never attack them even once. One of Sanji's most prominent characteristics is a strong respect towards food and preparation of food in the kitchen; since food and sustenance play a crucial role in maintaining life, he strongly believes that a chef's work must be treated as though it was sacred.Sanji considers himself handsome and charming, often comparing himself to a fairytale prince. That's why he is so upset about his appearance in his wanted poster. Let's see how Sanji 'cook' you when you pissed him off.:

And finally, here's my favourite anime or manga character among all of them.

1. Ichimaru Gin from Bleach.

Ichimaru is fairly ordinary in terms of clothing, and doesn't wear any unique items. His overall appearance is not as normal as you think. He keeps his eyes constantly narrowed to slits, rarely ever opening his eyes. Although he appears to be an early to mid twenty-year-old person, he is unusually thin and tall with very sharp features giving him a skeletal appearance. He is one of the most mysterious Shinigami in the series, since his almost constant smile and slitted eyes, combined with his heavy use of sarcasm and mocking politeness, make it very difficult to discern his thoughts. Many find his demeanor and appearance rather unsettling and there are very few who are willing to trust him even before he is revealed as a traitor. Gin seems to be fully aware of the effect he has on others and more than once has been seen toying with people's emotional states for his own amusement. When he has free time, Captain Ichimaru goes on walking around Seireitei stalking people. Although his hobby is people-watching, it seems like he is possibly hunting around and searching for an opportunity to create mischief with some poor victim. The gentlemen of the 3rd Division are contrary, and they have the kind of attitude that enjoys that mean-spiritedness. He also has incredible skill at combat and have nice eye sight. No one able to predict what's his thinking and opinion even AizenGin has shown himself to be highly manipulative and deceptive even when it's evident. He comes out unscathed due to the calm confusion he plays at, which is a testament to his overall strategy. In his battle with Hitsugaya, Gin was able to manipulate the positions of three people so Hitsugaya would have to choose between saving his own life or Hinamori's without any visible effort. He has shown capable of simple deception by having his opponent focus on one thing to hide the true threat. No matter what happen, Ichimaru Gin will just smile to anyone, good in hiding his emotions and that's why he attracts me so much to him. In the beginning, Gin seems doesn't suitable to fight but I bet you will regret of saying that after you watch this video and for your info, he doesn't use full strength in this fight.

I think this would be the last post about anime. I hope after UPU announce the result, I'll be busy about my future studies and not spending too much time on watching anime. Wish me luck.
